ラグビーワールドカップ２０１９TM開催を目前に控え、秩父鉄道さんにラッピングトレインが登場します！
それに伴い、３月２日（土）午前１１時３０分から出発式が行われます！
ゲストに、開催都市特別サポーターの矢島舞美さんがいらっしゃる予定です！
